Holiday cottage totally independant located next to the main country house, offers you a quiet and cosy place to enjoy.
The holiday cottage has two doble rooms, living room, complete bathroom and full equiped kitchen.
The rental price includes light, water and gas, firewood for fire place in winter and swimming pool in summer. The holiday cottage’s equipment is air conditionated (warm/ cold) in the linving room and heating in the rooms.
The house is situated in the country, it is totally independent, with a big garden only for you.
The only house that there is nearly is the main hamlet were live my family the near town is ‘Arcos de la Frontera’ (9 KM).
In Arcos, you can find supermarkets, restaurants, shoping center etc.
The Swiming pool is our only for your enjoy and my family. It is very big 12metresX 6 metres and from 1.10 to 2.20 of deep. You will can use it when you want with no hour and no resticctions.
The price for 5 persons is 100€/day (min 2 days). Is included Costs of electricity, water, gas, A/A, heating, blankets and towels.
If you are ok I need you send me the 30% by international bank transfer and the rest when you arrive to the house.
